No Refunds — All Sales Final

Under no circumstances are refunds, credits, chargebacks, or partial refunds issued for any purchase on Trade Owl — including one-time credit packs, monthly subscriptions, unused credits, accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, dissatisfaction with output, or subscription renewals. You expressly waive any right to dispute or chargeback a Trade Owl charge. By purchasing, you accept this policy without exception.

1. Educational Purpose Only

Trade Owl is a purely educational learning platform for studying the ICT methodology and price-action concepts. All output — including any bias, signal, entry, stop, target, or reasoning — is intended solely for learning and practice. Trade Owl does not provide financial, investment, tax, brokerage, or trading advice, and is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution.

2. Not Trading Advice · Assumption of Risk

You agree that you will not use any Trade Owl output to place real trades or make financial decisions. Trading and speculating in any financial instrument involves substantial risk of loss, including total loss of capital. You alone are responsible for your financial decisions.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Owl and its creators, operators, affiliates, and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including lost profits, lost data, or trading losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Total aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid Trade Owl in the prior 30 days.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Monthly plans automatically rebill every 30 days until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your Settings page; cancellation stops future rebills but does not remove credits already granted or refund the current billing period. Credit packs are one-time purchases and are consumed as you use them.

5. Acceptable Use

You will not resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service, and will not create multiple accounts to circumvent free-credit limits, billing, or enforcement actions.

6. Accounts & Data

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Study results are stored in your personal journal for 7 days and then automatically deleted.

7. Termination

Trade Owl may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms, with no refund of any prepaid amounts (see the No Refunds section above).

8. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trade Owl operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
